Attendees are invited and encouraged to submit posters
describing relevant research for the poster session.
The poster session will be held from 1:00-2:30pm, and presenters should be near their posters and available for discussion during the entire session.
Presenters are also requested to submit their posters in electronic format after the symposium so that they can be posted to the web.
Easels and poster board (30"x40") will be provided.
Acceptance of posters is subject to available space.
Posters must be registered by Sunday, April 10, 2005.
Displaying Your Poster:
If you have registered to display a poster at BASICS, an easel will be ready for your use in the Packard Building Atrium (first floor) from 12 noon. To affix your poster to the easel, please use only removable tape, which will be available at the site. Please remove your poster from the easel before returning to the talks in CISX. The easels will be put back into storage by 3pm.
